Another try at manipulating ti leaves, I used two today for this ikebana along with a single white narcissus. I curled each ti leaf and made several splits long the curled leaf to form a series of curls in each leaf, and then I put them back to back. For the next few days I will probably continue to work with ti leaves and them move on to a different leaf to manipulate.

How does one get this flower to stay in place? did you put wire
anywhere?

No wire at all. I used the leaf manipulation as the means to hold the stem in place, it just requires some patience.
