Into my third week of my 365 Days of Ikebana and so far so good. Tonight I did ikebana using one material, gladiolas, in my Sogetsu Ikebana class. I used two containers, one stacked on top of the other and placed the yellow gladiolas in each of them at different angles. I’d like to do something else with them once the yellow blooms open some more, so tonight they will go into water to open up. Maybe tonight I can sketch some ideas for an arrangement for tomorrow.
