My busy day included a quick trip into the woods behind my parents house, and a field nearby. I was scouting out some materials, and I did manage to get a few things. It’s gray and heavy rain was on the way so I had limited time. My ultimate goal is to go deeper in the woods where I know there is a wealth of great stuff(I’ve also been told the coyotes and wildcats are not around now, but was warned to watch out for bears). I used a nice branch I cut and some holly with the “Red Piano” garden roses. Not particularly ambitious, but clean and simple. Intermingled with all the holiday related tasks I had to do today I was happy to have something to photograph.
