After a very low energy day yesterday, I am hoping that this arrangement shows a more energetic day. Maybe the warmer weather and sunshine today helped. I had more open materials to work with today and felt spring in the air, and this is my attempt to bring a bit of that indoors. While I love the tulip magnolia and narcissus in this design, I’m ready for some of the spring iris to arrive and some hosta leaves too. Seed and bulb catalogs are flooding my mailbox and I need to start thinking about what I’d like to grow this year. Most of the things I am looking at are annuals, and I would love to try to get more perennials in the mix.
