365 Days of Ikebana-Day 8

My fist day back in WAshington,DC after a few weeks away. It’s nice to be home and have a larger selection of ikebana containers and some photographic backgrounds. Today my arrangement is done with hosta leaves and blue balloon flower from the garden, and a dried bird of paradise leaf.

Found your website while looking at monstera leaves , for glass design.
I love to forage in my garden and make arrangement with wild combinations.
    (I call it my therapy)
Your distillation and joy of form , to me is a breath of fresh air !
You are an inspiration and ,I fear , might become another lovely distraction
    from my work !

Thank you so much for the generosity ( and thrill ) of your vision ….

You have some pretty incredible glassworks love the Waves piece for the Crows Nest restaurant! I’ve really wanted to learn to make my own glass vessel for my ikebana. I think glass artists are amazing!!!
