Hand Tied Bouquet with a Paper Collar

Who knew you could turn computer printer paper into something so pretty? Lots of folded and torn pieces of paper simply pinned onto a styrofoam wreath (a straw wreath would work also). Inside the construction a hand tied spiral bouquet is created.
